We sat down with the talented team that styled our Milan 29 MK and Votivo 43 display homes and asked them to share tips on how they styled these gorgeous homes.

 

Milan 29 MK3

Style: Relaxed Coastal

Creating a home that’s bright, comfortable and cosy, the Relaxed Coastal style embraces natural light, textural accents and soft furnishings. Using softer tones as a base, this style is all about embracing organic materials – like wood, stone and greenery – for a sense of laid back luxury. 

Tips to recreate this look:

  • For an airy and open feeling, white walls and pale tones within your living space will reflect natural light beautifully.
  • Include lots of natural textures – like ceramic vases, timber coffee tables and stone planters.
  • Nothing will soften a space and bring in coastal vibes quite like white shutters and soft s-fold sheers.
  • In terms of a broader colour palette, the world is your oyster with neutral hues as your base. We’ve opted for washed-out blues and greens, complemented by warm pinks and rusts.
  • To create a relaxed and minimal feel, focus on comfortable upholstery in soft textures. Think linens, knits, soft fabric couches and upholstered bedheads.
  • Include natural materials and fibres, like linens, rattans, leather and chunky woods for dimension and texture.
  • To add an organic element and soften your space, include plenty of greenery accents in vases and pots.

 

Votivo 43 MK2

Style: Modern Glamour

Monochromatic base tones provide a bold canvas for rich colours and metallic accents. The Modern Glamour style creates a sense of timeless sophistication and luxury, by layering sumptuous textures and rich jewel tones. The opulence of this aesthetic is balanced by a modern tendency toward minimalism and a focus on comfort.

Tips to recreate this look:

  • With a bold palette of black cabinetry, white walls, and grey benches, add plenty of furnishings in vivid colours. This will add richness and visual interest to the space.
  • Monochromatic hard finishes lend themselves to a soft neutral backdrop, with metallics accents to add a pop of interest.
  • To keep your spaces warm, use plenty of decorative elements in rich plums, greens, tans and navy. These jewel tones will add a sense of modern glamour.
  • For a luxurious and opulent feel, add accents of gold and luxe velvets in your armchairs, dining chairs, furniture and soft furnishings.
  • Add timeless sophistication to your bedrooms with panelled bedheads. This will channel a high-end hotel feeling, without ever having to leave the home!
  • Soften the dramatic lines and tones with organic shapes, like curved chairs, round coffee tables and statement vases.
  • Deck out your study with muted greys and greens, providing the ultimate working from home inspiration!
