Sidd & Shraddha – Arden Build Journey

Whenever we hand over the keys to a brand new home we’ve built, it’s a real source of pride for our team in helping our clients realise their dream of home ownership! 

We’re always thankful when our clients are happy to share their build journey with their community, and ours – and we’re really grateful to Arden clients Sidd and Shraddha who recently sat down to film a video testimonial about their experience building and living in an Arden home. 

After getting married three years ago, Sidd and Shraddha set their sights on settling down in a home of their own before having a baby. 

When it came to choosing between buying established or building new, the choice was an easy one. 

“When you buy an old home, the design and structure are not per your liking or what you want. It’s better to build, where you can pick what design you want, what colours you want, what builder you want to go with.” 

In the beginning of the research process, the couple looked at designs from a range of builders – but quickly found that Arden stood out from the crowd.

“The first thing we noticed when we walked into the Arden display home was the transparency, and definitely the quality of inclusions. When we went to other builders, we didn’t know what was an upgrade and what was standard. That didn’t help us out in determining what we wanted.” 

Sidd and Shraddha’s positive experience with Arden continued throughout the build process. 

“Even with COVID, the build stage started on time and was even completed before our expected date.” 

The couple describes the moment of receiving the keys as feeling like a “milestone achieved,” and we couldn’t agree more. 

Their favourite thing about their Arden home?

“The sun court! It makes the whole house full of light.”
