Triumph Times Two at the HIA Awards

On Friday 9th November, representatives of Arden Homes attended the Annual HIA Housing Awards ceremony for 2018. Two of our homes from the Marriott Waters Estate in Lyndhurst were entered in the Best Display Home Category $400,001 – $500,000, those being the Votivo 43 and Milan 29 Mk2.

We are delighted to announce that our homes took both first and second place – first going to the Votivo 43, and second to the Milan 29 Mk2.

The awards recognise the highest standards of craftsmanship and construction quality by HIA members, celebrating excellence in design, visual appeal, innovation and environmental sustainability.

We are incredibly honoured and humbled to have achieved these results, in a bracket that was considered by the HIA to be “very competitive with one of the deepest fields of entrants. It is one of the largest and hotly-contested categories”.

These results are a testament to the high-level of dedication, hard-work and artistry that go into to creating every Arden Home. We are, and will continue to be, committed to building homes that redefine affordable luxury, and set a new benchmark for design, value and inclusions.

Both the Votivo 43 and Milan 29 Mk2 fall into our Aspire Range, which are architect designed; not just for flow, space and style but to significantly alter the ambience and internal dynamics.

The design of the homes reflects our philosophy to provide homes for buyers wanting to step up to a new level in design, inclusions and value. A prime consideration was to maximise the solar aspect of the block and ensuring an abundance of natural light into the home. The requirement of the Votivo 43 was to create a home that will grow with the family, providing multiple living zones with a grand sense of proportion throughout.

The Milan 29 Mk2 uses space to create an impression with the kitchen and living area stretching across the back of the house for maximum effect. A raised ceiling above the dining area brings added elegance to entertaining.
