House and Land Packages

Standard Package

Arden Homes will provide a construction contract for the house and separately the owners will enter into a contract to purchase land directly from the landowner. First Home Owner package (under $750k)

The advertised package price assumes that the buyer is eligible for a $10,000 first home owners grant to achieve the advertised price. Stockland $30,000 rebate offer

Incentive is a $30,000 rebate, which is applied at settlement or upon registration. Promotion applies to selected vacant land lots and house and land packages (including townhomes) at Stockland’s Mt. Atkinson, Grandview, Grand Central, Wattle Park, Banksia, Highlands, Lyra, Cloverton, Katalia, Haven, Orion, Minta and Evergreen communities. Arden Pays

Refer a friend program

Valid from 01/04/2020 for new deposits received after this date. The referrer must be a current or past client of Arden Homes. The referred client must not be an existing or previous Arden Homes client, nor can they have been referred by another client already. The referral form must be submitted via the web form on our website prior to the referee placing their deposit. It is the complete responsibility of the referrer to ensure the referral form is submitted prior to their friend/family depositing. No other forms will be accepted. The bank transfer will be authorised once the referred clients house goes to site start. If selected, the charity or community group must be a registered and legitimate organisation. Arden Homes reserves the right to review the referral process and discontinue the offer at any time. This offer is not in conjunction with any other offer. This offer supersedes any previous referral offers or promotions, no previous offers or promotions will be honoured.

By authorising Arden Homes to use your online images, you agree that Arden Homes:

has irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free approval to use, reproduce, modify, publish and publicly display the content through any of our social media accounts, websites or digital platforms; and

User Generated Content Competition

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
Entry is only open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years and older who are a customer of Arden Homes [meaning they are in the process of building their home or have built with Arden Homes] Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
Entries are unlimited per month. Arden Homes customers can create as much content as they like and each piece of user generated content counts as a single entry. Any entry that does not meet these requirements will be deemed ineligible.
The promoter accepts no responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
The competition will commence on 8:00pm on 01/09/2020 AEST. The competition will run each month with entries closing on the last day of the month at 11.59pm AEST (the Promotion Period).
The judging will be conducted at 105 Whitehall Street Footscray at 9.05am AEST on the first of each month. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram with the handle they’ve entered with, within 48 hours. The Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
To enter, participants must follow the Arden Home Instagram page [@arden_homes], tag the Arden Homes Instagram page, use the hashtag #ardenhomes or #athomewitharden and create user generated content for Arden Homes. Meaning they take a photo/video of their building process with Arden Homes or their current Arden Home.
The best one (1) entry, as judged by the Promoter, will win one (1) $100 voucher from various retailers.
Entries will be judged solely on creative merit. Any entry not including a photo/video of their building process with Arden Homes or their current Arden Home shall be deemed invalid.
There will be one (1) prize winner in total. The prize winner will receive one (1) voucher $100 incl. GST.
The total prize pool value is AUD $100 RRP incl. GST. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
In the event that a prize, or an element of a prize, is/are not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize(s) in its discretion to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification subject to any written directions from the various lottery Departments.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.
Any costs associated with accessing the Arden Homes page on Facebook/Instagram is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any prizes/merchandise that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.

Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are based on Arden Homes’ standard floorplan and standard inclusions and on the client providing a cleared, level and accessible site prior to construction. Prices apply to Melbourne metropolitan area build zones only. Pricing for Regional build zones may be additional. Building zones are determined at the sole discretion of Arden Homes. Surcharges may apply outside of these areas. Arden Homes reserves the right to alter specification, build zones, pricing and other product information without prior notice. Prices only valid on the date the Owner pays an initial fee. Details of additional costings following investigations such as engineering, council and planning approvals, finance, soil and survey results, and third-party requirements, will be detailed in your building contract. We will forward the bush fire, energy efficiency assessments and ocean corrosion protection costs to you after the initial assessment. For information on standard inclusions and optional display items please consult your Building and Design Consultant. Arden Homes does not supply the following items, including landscaping, window furnishings, wallpapers, decorative lighting, décor and furniture. *Lot width recommendation subject to land restrictions and may vary between councils.
