All colour appointments are conducted at The Gallerie Studio, a state of the art colour showroom located in Port Melbourne.

There, our interior designers will walk you through all of your selections; from colours, finishes, fixtures, and appliances. You’ll be able to see, touch and feel a huge range of options and really immerse yourself in the experience. We will guide you through the entire process and ensure you make the perfect selections to compliment your lifestyle and budget.

1. Where is The Gallerie Studio located?

The Gallerie Studio has three locations throughout Victoria. For Arden clients, your showroom is located at 672 Lorimer Street, Port Melbourne, VIC 3207.

2. What parking options are available?

We offer three parking bays in the front carpark and limited parking bays underground. For access to underground parking, kindly request the access code from your Customer Service Administrator.

3. How do I reach the showroom from the underground carpark?

Follow the signs up the stairwell and through the front entry doors for easy access to the showroom.

4. Is the showroom accessible for people with disabilities?

Absolutely! There is ramp access via 660 Lorimer St, as well as direct access via the rear of the building. If you need any assistance, please advise your Customer Service Administrator in advance.

5. Do I need an appointment to visit The Gallerie Studio?

Yes, you must have an appointment to attend. Your Customer Service Administrator will book your appointments for you.

6. What times are appointments available?

Appointments are available during the following times:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 5 pm
Saturday: 8:30 am to 3 pm

7. What time will my appointment be?

Colour Selection appointments start promptly at 9:30 am.

Colour Browse appointments are available on Saturdays only, starting at 9 am, with the last appointment at 2 pm.

8. How long will my appointment take?

Anticipate spending approximately 5 hours during a Colour Selection appointment, including a lunch break.

Colour Browse Appointments are shorter, taking around 1 hour.

9. Will I receive pricing during my appointment?

Pricing details are not provided during the appointment. You will receive pricing information at your Tender appointment, where you can adjust selections to fit your budget.

10. Can I bring my children to the appointment?

While we recommend arranging childcare to fully focus on your appointment, we understand that may not always be possible. For your convenience, we have a kids’ room available during your visit.

11. What options are available for lunch?

The Gallerie Studio provides complimentary lunch, tea, and coffee for our valued clients. Additionally, there is a vending machine with snacks on-site.
