We limit the number of homes we build deliberately, to ensure we’re able to give each and every Arden customer the experience they deserve when building a new home. Fewer active clients at any given time means that both our site staff and admin team are able to focus on clear communication and building a better quality home. 

Genuine customer care

Every Arden customer will be assigned a dedicated Customer Service Administrator and Site Supervisor, who will be present and active throughout your entire build. We strive to make continuity, communication and genuine care our top priorities – you’ll never be just another number to us, and when you’re celebrating your dream coming to life, we’ll be celebrating with you.

Transparency

Luring customers in with low base pricing is a tactic that’s prevalent in our industry, and one we’ve sworn never to employ. So many builders will create a display home for you to fall in love with, and only display the base price of the home. And sometimes the base price doesn’t include the most basic of things – like flooring! 

We fully expect you to fall in love with our display homes too, but here’s the difference – every Arden display home features transparent pricing, so you can see the base price for the home you’re selecting, but also exactly how much it will cost to build to the spec of the display home you just fell head over heels for. We’re really proud of the value that we offer, and strive for absolute honesty when it comes to our dealings with you – BEFORE you sign on the dotted line.

Post-settlement care

We care about your happiness and want to make sure your new home is everything you dreamed it would be. We’ll contact you 3 months after your handover to make sure that you’re completely happy with your home and your site supervisor will address any concerns you may have. We’re committed to maintaining the integrity of our relationship with you, even after we hand over the keys.
