From flooring to electrical, the living sections break down some of the key elements that are sometimes overlooked, and frequently overcharged by other builders. For example, downlights are a standard inclusion across both ranges and double glazing to windows helps make the most of energy efficiency within your new home. Flooring throughout completes the picture, with your choice of porcelain tiles or timber laminate flooring.
