The Toledo and Beaumont 43 made history last week, having now scooped industry honours at both the HIA Awards and MBAV Awards.
The 2017 HIA-CSR Victorian Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards were held on Friday, 10th November, in a lavish ceremony at Crown, attended by over 900 industry leaders.
The HIA holds these awards annually to recognise excellence in the building industry and saw Arden take home the top award for Best Display Home in the $350,001 – $400,000 category for the Toledo and the $500,001-$600,00 category for the Beaumont 43.
HIA Executive Director, Fiona Nield, commented that “this year saw a record-breaking number of submissions and the quality and tradesmanship have once again been outstanding”.
The awards recognise the highest standards of craftsmanship and construction quality by HIA members, celebrating excellence in design, visual appeal, innovation and environmental sustainability.
They provide validation of our philosophy to provide homes to buyers wanting to step up to a new level in design, inclusions and value. The architectural-influence in our homes use well-considered design principles to create spaces that are beautiful, functional and light-filled. Introducing innovative products and premium standard inclusions, we continue to make a real difference to our customer’s lives.
We are thrilled with the result and take great pride in being recognised with these industry awards. The awards are a great achievement not only for our team, but also our customers who can be confident they have chosen a company committed to building excellence.
