Votivo | Our most popular double storey home
We spend many hours talking with clients to understand the exact features they want in their home, to lead the life they want to lead.
Whether it’s an extra bedroom for when Grandma visits, a mudroom for the footy gear or a prayer room, we take the time to understand the kind of home that’s right for everyone building their dream home.
And while every client is different, there are commonalities we hear often – they want room to unwind, plenty of storage, a kitchen that’ll work double time for entertaining and plenty of natural light.
So it’s no surprise that our most popular double storey design in the past year – the Votivo – delivers on all of those fronts, and so many more!
The first thing that strikes visitors when they visit a Votivo home, is the exceptional amount of living space. And we’re not just talking about the large living room!
As you wander up the main hallway you’ll see a generous home theatre. Keep going and you’re met with a large, open and bright kitchen and living space.

Sienna | Our most popular single storey home
Sharing every bit of Votivo’s luxury, the Sienna is Arden’s most sought after single storey home.
Also hailing from the Aspire Range, it has all of the exceptional inclusions and design flexibility that are synonymous with Aspire.
The thing that strikes Sienna visitors first is the incredible suncourt, which opens up the whole home. When we chat to clients about what first drew them to the Sienna design, it’s invariably the suncourt!
It’s a true standout feature in every way – not only does it fill the home with light, but it offers endless options for entertaining and relaxing. Plus, we so often hear that this becomes the favourite spot for pets!
Our clients often tell us that it fast becomes a natural extension of their everyday lifestyle – whether they duck out for brekkie in the sun, set up messy play activities for the kids or host a dinner party under the stars – this space gets a lot of use!

It’s easy to see why the Hamptons-inspired Brookwater and Bridgehampton façades top our bestseller list.
Inspired by the famous coastal homes of Long Island New York, their Hamptons aesthetic is absolutely on trend – but the appeal goes much further than that.
