Toledo & Beaumont Scoop More Awards

The Toledo and Beaumont 43 made history last week, having now scooped industry honours at both the HIA Awards and MBAV Awards.

The 2017 HIA-CSR Victorian Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards were held on Friday, 10th November, in a lavish ceremony at Crown, attended by over 900 industry leaders.

The HIA holds these awards annually to recognise excellence in the building industry and saw Arden take home the top award for Best Display Home in the $350,001 – $400,000 category for the Toledo and the $500,001-$600,00 category for the Beaumont 43.

HIA Executive Director, Fiona Nield, commented that “this year saw a record-breaking number of submissions and the quality and tradesmanship have once again been outstanding”.

The awards recognise the highest standards of craftsmanship and construction quality by HIA members, celebrating excellence in design, visual appeal, innovation and environmental sustainability.
