Fixtures and Fittings Guide – Merrifield Estate

We don’t make any secret of the fact that we design our display homes to make you fall in love, and our interior design team takes enormous pleasure in helping our customers replicate that look and feel in their own Arden homes.

Our interior design team styles our homes based on all of the latest trends, selecting the finest fixtures and finishes to create a beautiful and inviting home. We like to think our homes are a great source of interior style inspiration, so we’ve created our Fixtures and Finishes Guides for every Arden display to show you exactly how you can create a similar style in your own home.

We’ve recently opened two new display homes at Merrifield Estate in Mickleham, and we’re very much enjoying the feedback from everybody who has visited so far! We thought we’d walk you through some of the selections and styling choices in these stunning new homes.

Bargello 42 MK2

An impressive home both inside and out, the Bargello 42 MK2 is the ultimate in family living, and we really wanted this home to be a really clean and sophisticated expression of the design whilst still being super inviting.

The kitchen features sleek cabinetry with an integrated Fisher & Paykel fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a low-profile undermount rangehood to preserve the integrity of the finish.

The Franke undermount sink preserves the clean lines of the design, while black Hafele handles add the sophistication this impressive kitchen deserves.

In the bathrooms, some strategic upgrades to the bathtub, tiles and tapware elevate the bathrooms to an oasis of clean, well-ordered calm. A palette of warm whites and soft greys leaves space for colour trends to be accommodated with soft furnishings.

Sienna 28

We’ve gone for a light and bright vibe in our Sienna 28, with natural timber cabinetry lending warmth and sophistication to both the kitchen and the bathrooms. Phoenix tapware and a Franke undermount sink keep things functional and sleek in the kitchen, and integrated Fisher & Paykel appliances offer superb technology while maintaining aesthetic integrity throughout the kitchen hub. Upgrades to the tiles and benchtop contribute to a clean and polished feel, while in the bathroom large mirrors flood the room with natural light.
