We’ve recently introduced a QR code system into Arden display homes, making it easier than ever to understand exactly what’s included and what is an upgrade.
Complete transparency: doing it differently
All too often, when you walk through a typical display home it’s unclear what’s included in the base price and what’s an upgrade. It’s impossible to tell if the design you’re seeing looks anything like the home you’ll get.
The true cost of the display home can be miles apart from the base price. If you ask for details about the true cost of what you’re seeing and what’s actually included you’re met with sales talk and vague answers.
But not at Arden.
We provide the exact details of every feature, fixture and fitting so you can make an informed decision.

QR codes : Transparency made easy
We’ve always been upfront about our unrivalled inclusions. They’re listed on our website, they’re itemised exactly in our Inclusions Guides and we even have an Inclusions Checklist so you can compare with other builders as you do your research.
But to take it a step further – and to make it even easier – we’ve introduced a new QR code system into all of our display homes.
From the moment you walk into an Arden display home, you’ll see QR code cards with a scannable icon on them. Simply point your smartphone at the icon and you can see exactly which items are standard inclusions, and which items are upgrades.
These QR code cards are placed in every room, so no matter where you look, you have answers. From the Caeserstone in the kitchen to the soft close cabinetry – no detail is missed!
At a click of a button, you can now see exactly what items are included and what items are upgraded within all of our display homes.
