Neil & Namrata’s Customer Journey

Our goal at Arden Homes is always to provide our customers with a home that they can be truly proud of –  and so it’s such a source of pride for our team when our customers are generous enough to share their build journey with their community and ours.

Arden customers Neil and Namrata wanted to build a new home rather than purchase an existing one, because they wanted the opportunity to make their home their own, and live their own dream rather than someone else’s! They decided to build with Arden after falling in love with the Votivo design, and they’ve been kind enough  to film a video testimonial about their experience of building and moving into their Arden home.

They chose the Classic façade for its French Provincial appeal, and it’s modern yet classic feel. They also took advantage of the build flexibility that comes as standard with every home in our Aspire range, making some layout alterations to better suit the needs of their young family. 

“When it came to design flexibility, we had a great experience customising our home. We’ve heard from friends and colleagues who have built before us that variations always cost extra- but with Arden everything was quoted up front and we were free to customise our home to be exactly what we wanted. It was a drama-free experience that we really enjoyed.”

We want our customers to feel really proud when they get their keys – proud of their selections, their investment, and their decision, so it’s a big deal to us that one of the words that Neil chooses to describe the feeling on handover day is ‘proud’.

“On the day we got the keys to our new home, the first thing I felt when I walked in the door was proud. We wanted a red door, so it really felt like we got the red carpet experience when we opened the door for the first time. Building something of your own, seeing something tangible come to life was really meaningful for us.”

“It’s incredibly humbling, because we’ve come from very tough backgrounds –  so to live in such a beautiful home is really a dream come true.”
