Customer service is one of the key pillars of our entire business, and we’re always thrilled to see that’s reflected in client and staff feedback. Along with Design Flexibility, Sustainability and Unrivalled Inclusions, Dedicated Customer Care exemplifies what we like to call the Arden Difference.

In the same way we build award-winning homes for our clients, we also want to provide them with award-winning customer service. To help get a gauge of how our clients feel about the level of customer care they receive, we entered the 2022 Australian Achiever Awards. The Australian Achiever Awards are now in their 25th year and provide an independent, unbiased assessment of a business’s customer service based on client feedback.

We’re absolutely thrilled to share that, in a category where any score above 80% is considered exceptional, Arden received an overall score of 95.87% and a status of ‘Highly Recommended’! 

As well as an outstanding overall score, we achieved a 100% rating for the following values:

• Care & Attention – All dealings are handled with expert care
• Communication – All correspondence is clear and courteous
• Value – Customers receive great value for money from a customer service perspective
