COVID-19 Updates

We understand the ongoing community concern about the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Arden Homes continues to monitor the situation closely and the well-being of our clients and employees remains our priority .

We are open

Arden Homes remains open. Our head office team will be working remotely and remain available to our clients and community. We have introduced necessary processes and safeguards so that we can keep operating in a safe and efficient manner.

Display Homes

Our Melbourne displays homes will be closed from 5pm on 5 August, however our New Home Consultants are available via phone and video appointment 7 days a week.

Our Torquay display is now open 7 days, 11am-5pm, with hygiene and social distancing guidelines in place to ensure everyone’s safety.

Build time and construction  

Residential construction is able to continue, with additional precautions put into place. We are fortunate to be supported by local trades and suppliers who have provided us with reassurance that at this time there is only minimal disruption to their services. We are not currently experiencing any shortages of supply and foresee little to no impact on our or build times.

Client appointments

We have adapted some of our processes to ensure we are respecting social distancing requirements.

Colour Appointments will be conducted via video appointment where possible. Where this is not possible or not preferred, we will reschedule your appointment.

Tender appointments will continue and will be conducted via video appointment.

Contract signing will continue via post or alternatively executed via DocuSign. 

Maintenance & Service will be available for emergencies only.

We will continue to keep you across any changes as they arise but, in the meantime, we thank you for your ongoing understanding and support.
