COVID-19 Updates

We understand the ongoing community concern about the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Arden Homes continues to monitor the situation closely and the well-being of our clients and employees remains our priority .

We are open

Arden Homes remains open. Our head office team will be working remotely and remain available to our clients and community. We have introduced necessary processes and safeguards so that we can keep operating in a safe and efficient manner.

Display Homes

Our Melbourne display homes are now open 7 days, 11am-5pm, with no appointment required.

Our Plumpton display home is now open Saturday – Wednesday 11am – 5pm with no appointment required.

We have implemented additional hygiene and social distancing guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety.

Build time and construction  

Residential construction is able to continue, with additional precautions put into place. We are fortunate to be supported by local trades and suppliers who have provided us with reassurance that at this time there is only minimal disruption to their services. We are not currently experiencing any shortages of supply and foresee little to no impact on our or build times.

Client appointments

We have adapted some of our processes to ensure we are respecting social distancing requirements.

Colour appointments, Our Design Lab showroom is now open for private colour selection appointments. We also have the option of video appointments if this is preferred.

Tender & Contract appointments will continue to be conducted via video appointment with paperwork completed via RightSignature.

Maintenance & service will resume from 11.59pm on 27 October. Our team will contact you to schedule necessary appointments.

We will continue to keep you across any changes as they arise but, in the meantime, we thank you for your ongoing understanding and support.
