At Arden, we consider ourselves experts in knockdown rebuilds (KDRs) and we believe there are so many benefits to knocking down your existing your home and rebuilding. Not only do you get to remain in the location that you love (which is particularly perfect for families with children in local schools), but you can also save money throughout the building process.

The Arden team is passionate about delivering high-quality KDR transformations, and love seeing the faces of our customers when they step up to their brand-new Arden home for the first time.

We recently interviewed Chris and Jane on their Luxe KDR experience with us.

When looking to knock down their current home and build the family home of their dreams, Chris and Jane knew they wanted something high-quality, spacious and bright. They visited an array of display homes and chose to build with Arden because of the level of quality and inclusions that they found.

The quality was palpable; you could see it and feel it everywhere.

Chris and Jane not only appreciated the solar panel system, Tesla battery pack and Colorbond roof that came as standard inclusions within their Luxe home, they were also impressed with the high level of customer experience provided throughout their KDR journey:

The constant touchpoints with Arden from pre-site through to build and completion was always something that was really good to have. There was always somebody there who would pick up the phone or answer an email.

Chris and Jane both agree that completing a KDR with Arden was the right move for their family.

“The benefit of a knockdown rebuild to us, primarily, was knowing we were going to be coming back to the same community that we’ve lived in for almost 10 years.
